Race Pro. Quick Question

Whats the best option to play if you are having 2 or 3 friends over and just want to take a few turns each having a race for bragging rights? I know you can do a lap of a track and effectively chase the 'ghost' car and see who ends up with the best lap but is there a setting for taking turns doing a straight forward race grid a few times?
