played the demo, and for once, a demo i didn't delete right away. found it to get enjoyable, good graphics, and i just love piloting a jet plane

Most flight simulators on consoles are bloody awful (yes, blazing angels)

realistic? well, i've never flown an F16 so can't really comment. but it's better than 99% of flight sims/games ive played.

Not having played it, most of the complaints I heard were levelled at the evasion camera system where it becomes almost impossible to orient yourself and it gives you a series of rings to fly through in order to avoid a missile or engage an enemy. You also get hundreds of missiles to fire, so depends on your definition of realistic.

I really like and will probably buy it when it becomes a tad cheaper. My complaint however is the crappo landscapes. Very similar to google earth.
