Bump: anyone downloaded the demo? I found I was stalling... a lot, very nice looking game though.
Although I hate war and that, the Mustang guns sound very cool.

I downloaded the demo last night - awesome. took a bit of getting used to the controls, but once you do dog fights are amazing. I am definately getting this when it comes out, best flight sim i've seen in years.

Played the demo for a while last night - raced through the tutorial then set the game to simulation level straight away. I did ok in the spitfire (didn't shoot anything down though), but the mission with the mustang was impossible. Every time I tried to turn I fell out of the sky. It is certainly very hard in sim mode.

turn the sensitivity on the options down to 1/4...

Demo is mega, and the graphics are a treat. Finding the sim mode really hard going, so will try the sensitivity tweak.

D/l demo last night. Looks fantastic! Kept stalling on Realistic mode so just played it in Arcade for some instant action. Will have to take a look at customising the controls this evening.

Thanks for the tip on the controls - its easy to remember not to use the full deflection when just flying, but as soon as you start to try and chase someone you forget and stall!

Yup me too, so I set it on the ladies settings. Just to get an idea of the game you understand.

Just had a go on the demo..... fk me it's addictive.

Arcade mode is abit to easy but good to learn the levels, realistic mode is just stupid.

I like simulation mode best, the planes are a little easier to fly than realistic mode but there is far more imersiona and more concentration required.

I think I will be getting this when it comes out. Hope there is a joystick to get as well.

My only gripe is that the controls are laid out stupidly, the throttle being on the same stick as the rudder is crap, the throttle should be on one of the triggers.
