Far Cry 2 arrived from Lovefilm a couple of days ago.

Bit repetitive but alright. Keep me going until one of the better games comes through.

Not really a Christmas present, but GI Jane got PS3 Prince of Persia from work and so we were playing that yesterday. A cell shaded Assassin's Creed using the same engine. Horribly linear, but it does look very pretty.

One to pick up in the sales I'd say.

I usually don't get anything game-related for Christmas as my wife doesn't want to encourage me to bugger off upstairs to play games for hours on end. But this year, she bought me GoW2 and made out it was from my (8 month old) daughter, so as to be able to maintain her vaguely disapproving stance on games as presents

I got KORG DS-10 for the Nintendo DS.

If you like electronic music, have some patience, like old school synths then you will love this game. Essentially its just a korg synth. Brilliant game
