Hi,

Currently playing RSV2 on PS3.
When I join multiplayer, in the lobby screen, everyone apart from me has a "white head" next to their name. Think its called "ready up"?!

1. How do I ready up?
2. If anyone fancies a multiplayer game one night, my PS3 name is Neko9919.
