Appears it hasn't moved on much from the first one and isn't reviewing too favourably. A possible renter for me.

I enjoyed the original enough gameplay wise, as long as it's still at least as good as that but with shinier graphics and big explosions I'll be happy smile

Apart from annoying Saving/Loading bugs, I'm really enjoying this game. The vehicles all have a real weight to them, feel solid, and seem connected to the scenery rather than floating above it. On the tracked vehicles their tracks even rotate and the suspension works. Graphics are on a par with GTAIV. In fact the game feels very similar to GTAIV in a lot of ways. Worth a purchase IMHO.

I have to revise my view on this game. The game is broken, do not buy under any circumstances. It will only let you continue your game, which would be fine but it continues from the latest time stamped save. The only problem though is that the 360 doesn't have a battery backed clock, so unless you're connected to the net (which I'm not) the clock resets every time you switch off. It will let you manually load games, and helpfully shows the total game time so you can work out which is the most recent save. However, it seems to crash 99/100 when you try this.

I am so angry that developers can get away with issuing such bug ridden software. A bug like this MUST be easy to spot during testing.

So the system clock on the '360 resets itself every time you power it off unless you're connected to the internet?! Surely not? I don't have mine anymore, but I'm sure mine never did that.

I've had problems with the clock re-setting itself in the past as well
