Far Cry 2 and Fallout 3

October's going to be an expensive month for games! These two are going to be great IMO, I can't wait.

Fallout 3 has to be my most wanted at the moment, closely followed by Farcry 2. October/November is going to be really expensive.

Sidenote; decided to invest in a 360 wireless dongle for the pc. Cant wait to see GTA without draw distance limitations.

Far Crys 2's map editor looks seriously amazing. For starters you get about 10 times more area to play with.

It allows you to use your 360 controllers with your PC. I have one too and it works a treat.

What is the release date for fallout 3 then? I was told the 31st of this month. Never heard of the game or any of its predecessors before now but having watched a preview video I'm getting pretty excited. Looks right up my street, sort of a Deus Ex/Oblivion hybrid type affair I reckon?

You're not too far off with the Deus Ex/Oblivion comparison, made by the folks who did Oblivion, although they didn't do the first two games. It's out on the 31st yeah.
