COD 4 Best maps and glitchers

So which are the more favourite map styles. Some of my choices would probably be,

For: Against:
Strike Bog
Overgrown Chinatown
Bloc Countdown
Vacant Ambush

I enjoy the ones based within towns but ones like countdown you just seem to go round in circles....

Also, do you get many glitchers..>??? If so which maps..? I know where loads of secret places are and how to get outside the maps but never use them as I can't stand cheaters or glitchers....

Ambush is a place with several glitches, it is possible to climb on (I think) every building in the level by finding sneaky ways of jumping up.

I tried them and they are possible, but some of them are so difficult to manage you would get shot before you managed to get up, there are some really good positions up there though.

I seem to be ok at most levels, except some levels on certain game modes. I seem to be getting steadily worse on bog though.

thats the thing, iv read loads of glitches and every time i try to climb i get shot! how annoying!

Bog is not one of my favourites. I do like playing on vacant though. It's nice and fast and hectic. Full on killfest......

Same here, its really annoying, and as soon as you do find someone and aim at them, they shoot you!

Bog is weird as there are only really two directions to run, out of all of the maps it's pretty much the simplest. For example when you get an airstrike, simply lay it down on the bus (the middle of the map) to get kills.

Gets boring after a while.

Absolute fave is Creek, although if you get placed with muppets it's all over far too quickly.

Countdown is crap... I'm not fussed about Ambush either, which again is pretty simple. Overgrown is good, lots of space to wander around. Backlot annoys me too much, and District too - much prefer the larger maps I think.

Even though Bloc is not that big I enjoy it. Broadcast is a bit mental. As soon as you turn a corner you seem to bump into someone. I got a good 48 kills on creek which is good. I enjoy taking out the ones who camp out in the tunnel....

I hate downpour with a passion, bloc is just boring and I'm not too keen on vacant.

Love crash, backlot and district......all on hardcore with overkill (M16 + Sniper)

Must admit none of the new maps really do it for me, Chinatown isn't too bad I suppose.

Bloc is actually bigger than you think. I went for a look in a building I'd never been in before and found the swimming pool from the single player missions. No-one goes there simply because all they want to do is snipe people from the flats.

Bog is tricky, the best way i deal with it is charge with the shot gun, break through the lines and then slaughter when they are trying to snipe.

Crash, love it, silenced MP5.

District, again, a favourite with the Mp5 silenced.

And overgrown i think.

No, because then we would be god.
Only downside of a silencer is iron sights, without that disadvantage you would own too hard with a silencer.

I've always thought a cool feature would be to 'tag' your favourite 3 maps, and least favourite 3. That way, when the system searches for a game it allocates your preferences when possible...

1. Creek
2. Overgrown
3. Pipeline (maybe, although I've only ever found a single weapon that works well on this one..!) or Bog

1. Ambush
2. Countdown
3. Showdown

I have to say but the iron sights are quite good with the G3 & RPD.
