Anyone got anymore details on when this is out? Is it looking like it'll be any good?
The last 355 game was good in arcade but so bad on PS2... I hope this will be better!

No one else? Well the down side is their are no multi-make races, but I like most everything else, although at first it feels like your driving through treacle(maybe my conservative setup), but has a nice feeling of weight to the cars and is probably just as "simmy" as Forza.
In the 430 you can't just use the gearbox as a brake as the gearbox won't accept a downchange that over revs the engine so braking is by brake pedal only, but once you make the apex you can drift nicely out of the bend spitting flames out the exhaust as you go. It only runs at 30 frames but still looks great. The wet races are the best ever in a game I think, the reduced grip and vision and the atmosphere created by the rain effects really make it a challenge, especially at Paul Ricard(I hate this track).
The AI has a natural feel to it, some times moving to the inside to block an overtaking attempt, it starts out easy but the cars adjust to your pace as you move through the championship.
Overall it has met my expectations, I hope afew go out and buy this as it looks like it would make for good online racing.

Only played for approx one hour after I got it last night. I really like it so far - not sure what it is but I found myself getting really absorbed. I don't like the way you only have one car option at the start - I could be wrong but you have to work your way through four races in one sitting to progress??

Played this a bit more now, turned ABS/TC/SC all off and running manual box.
Just HOW GOOD is the AI modelling... it's awesome! You can pretty much tell the ones you've pissed off by nudging and you can guarantee they're going to close the door on you at every possible opportunity!
The car handling is great too, however I only have the F430 Challenge at the minute.
This is deffo a keeper!!

It's time to upgrade i am afraid. Played it alittle and have enjoyed it so far, if they are aiming to have all the cars featured in the Top trumps game they have on it then i cannot wait to get thurther, some lovely motors in there.
Only thing spoiling it for me at the moment is that i want the in cockpit sound in the bonnet view also as my screen makes the windscreen so far away that i cannot drive in the cockpit view.

It's not a sim, but it's not arcade, the back steps out nicely and it has the difficulty to make mistakes, the AI is ok, alittle slow (very quick in the wet though) but they do nuge you and cover the lines well when you get in amongst, i can not stand arcade racers and just cannot get in to them, but i am enjoying this with the G25, it is more of a sim than arcade racer with all options turned off and with a wheel, certainly no GRID shenanigans.
Anyone else getting any clutch use? i know the challenge does not have one so i did not expect it but the 355 does, his hand moves down to change gear and in the menue it recognises that there is a clutch but it does not work for me.
Looking forward to getting further and getting my hands on some proper old hardware, i haven't seen the car list but they have some wonderful stuff in the top trumps section 288GTO Lm, P3, 206 Dino etc, i just wanna drive all of the old stuff.
Don't expect GTR2 realisim and physics, but it aint bad so far.
