To combine the two of those take a look at Fallout 3. Since MGS4 and GTA:IV have both come out it's now at the top of my most wanted games of 2008.

Me too. I really enjoyed Fallout and Fallout 2, so I'm hoping this is up to the same standard. Any idea when it's due? Last I saw, admittedly some time ago and I haven't checked recently, was a rather vague Q4 2008.

Still pencilled in for that time, as much as I have my doubts they're still quoting that in every interview I've read.

I too loved the first two games and have replayed them many times, so I'm hoping this retains the humour and excess gore.

It's not first person, but Mafia 2 looks really good and could well be out before the end of they year. The new Ghostbusters game looks interesting too.
