I killed Dimitri, then the Mobster bloke did a drive-by on the wedding and killed Kate - then I went after and killed him.

What are the alternative endings then?

I did the same, doesn't make any great difference except the last mission is different.

Amusingly, I've taken Kate out a few times since she died.

I've got all the Most Wanted as well now. Cops seem to suddenly be st-hot for some reason. They're chasing me for 1-star and shooting me very accurately for 2 and above...

Can't find an easy way to get 6 star wanted at this stage, but might do the whole game again for the Premature Ejaculation achievement and get it next time.

By taking the money option instead of seeking revenge, Dimitri kills Roman, you chase him down and kill him.

Correct, he double crosses you and in my case sent an assasin in with the wedding guests and tried to shot me but in the struggle for the gun, the gun went off and killed Roman. A car chase, then boat chase, then helicopter chase ended up with a little (read, training) shootout with about 10 henchmen, game over.


Now, even doing the phone missions of which only the spliff smoking dude has them open, I'm not budging from 62.50% complete. Also only getting $250 per mission of his.


Edit: So I seem to be left with the only alternative once I run out of money to complete the game again but go the money routes which seem to be let everyone go be nice etc. Which is good as that's the strategy I took this time, no prisoners so next time I can be a samaritan.

Now I've completed, it's a bit boring. Free roam on your own, compared to GTA:SA just doesn't seem as good for some reason.

I run around, get bored, shoot a few people, police chase, I die, costs me $10k and repeat.
