Xbox 360 RRoD!! How annoying!!!!

Had my console for about 18 months and its finally given up the ghost.

And now I cant sign in to Xbox.com to start the repair process!!

Phone them up, they are rubbish doing it online from what I hear.

I had my first RROD this morning!!!! ahhhhhhhh, GTA out today, i went mad, got the old hairdryer out, put it on cold and blasted in to the back of the xbox for about 1 mins and bobs your second cousin twice removed who went to jail for not paying his council tax........ it worked!!!

Back in business.

For the time being I'm afraid mate - I did the same and then the frequency of the RRoD increased and after about a week it was kaput.

UPS pick it up tomorrow so hopefully it won't take too long to turn around.

Luckily, I'm not one of those thats 'desperate' to play GTA4... wasn't that fussed about it, but the reviews look ok'ish so may have to pick it up a little later
