Anyone downloaded the beta yet?

What a pain in the harris - not only are the PSN servers slow to do the initial download, you have to do an update to version 1.01 which takes literally hours, then you have to sign up for a Konami ID, which is like pulling teeth... Every time I get close to getting the ID sorted out (when the server is up, and not taking too long to respond etc) it times out and says "due to a period of inactivity, the page has been deleted"...

I've never known anything like it!! it's absolutely unbelievable the amount of hoops you have to jump through to play a damn game...

Downloading the 1.01 update now, about 80%, took an absolute age so far and not even attempted to get my i.d yet. Jumping through hoops indeed, lets hope its worth it.

I've downloaded the thingy from PSN - I'll sort the updates out in a bit, though.
