360 wirless connection? is it possible

having just got myself a 360 at long bloody last i would like to be able to get on xbox live and take part in the time trials here for PGR4 and Forza 2 and also have some online races etc.

my problem is that the router / modem is downstairs and getting a cable up would be a royal PITA.

so, can you get a wirless doo da? (my computer speak is rather dubious as i hate them, so please dont too techie on me without putting it into real simpletons language )

I have it, a bit pricey, but worth it. Also means I can stream video to any room in the house, just move the xbox in to that room.

I found the wireless worked really well, had it connected to the Media Centre as well, so it meant could watch TV in the bedroom.
