This is to do with your network provider not giving you enough bandwidth i think, call them and they should be able to sort it.

I have had the error before, just went away after an Xbox/Router/Modem reboot.

Microsoft article is here if it helps : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/908882

However, if you have been connected to Live in the past and nothing on your network has changed, I would say it would probably be a glitch.

Xbox Live requires a min MTU setting of 1364, so maybe you could try some pings from your PC to see if it can handle this packet size ? For example 'ping -f 1365 www.google.co.uk', this will send a packet with a size of 1365 in the ping and see if you get a reply, or any errors ?

I don't think your MTU issue has anything to do with your bandwidth, nor are your MTU settings controlled by your ISP, so I wouldn't call them. There may be a reason behind Lucky advising this, but nothing is mentioned about bandwidth in the Microsoft Support Page ?? Your bandwidth would have had to have been running at less than 0.0013Mbps for it not to be able to handle the MTU size required wink (convert 1364 bytes into mb)
