PSN Network down??

Is anyone having problems connecting to the PSN. My downloads are working fine, just finished downloading Turok and NHL 08 but signing into the PSN keeps timing out. Never had this problem before! Error code is 80710092!!!

The fact that I can access the net and downloads are working suggests its a problem at Sonys end
