Playstation 2 repair

The playstation 2 (slimline) got dropped onto the floor last night (from a height of about 18 inches)and since then it isn't working. It turns on and comes on the TV as if no game is in it and the game isn't spinning. It is a year old. Is it worth getting it fixed and if so does any one know the nearest place in maldon (Essex) or is it more cost effective to just buy another one?

Call the Playstation Careline number.

They will do an exhange for £50, and you will get a new unit.
