Chaps,

Looking to treat myself to a driving game over Christmas and try some online racing. I used to play TOCA and TOCA 2 as well as some of the F1 GP series. Which driving game would you recommend as the most fun?

I have a Sony Vaio GRT815m laptop with 2.8Ghz Pentium 4 processor and a Thrustmaster steering wheel. Graphics card is 64MB Geforce 5600 Go. Broadband internet via wireless router. Will probably have a bash with connecting up to 7ft projection screen for a laugh!

Many thanks,

Saxon

Don't think it will work with a laptop's 64mb graphics card though.

I've just bought GT Legends. Its still in its wrapper ready for later! Is it OK on the PC monitor or is it miles better rigged up to a TV?

Wot do you lot do?

TV resolution unless it's some sort of HDTV beauty is way poorer than a PC monitor. Now you don't want the fantastic GTL graphics looking like some poor console game now do you

Well get it unwrapped and installed

You need to spend a bit of time setting everything up for online racing, getting registered, downloading the 1.1 update and working out which graphics settings give you the best frame rate

Its a Plasma HDTV 'ready' telly. So I'm guessing better on the monitor?
