Thing is nothing to play on it! Condemed was the only game available when I got the console 4 days ago but didn't fancy paying £50. All the activision games are available to buy in game - swithered over Tony Hawk but again £50!!
Downloaded the NFS: Most Wanted demo off of live - it looks really good but not 'next-gen really good'.
Should be getting PGR3 at midnight tho - what a geek.
edit: Also even the premium pack doesn't come with a proper SCART cable only hi def and composite! The composite signal does the graphics no favours!

Just tried the 360 down at gamestation - call of duty didnt impress as much as I thought it would, there isnt a world of difference between the 360 and a good high end PC in my opinion. The PGR demo looked amazing in HD though!
I also managed to reserve the only VGA adapter, HD is a must!
Suddenly totally undecided whether two to go for, out of PDZ, Kameo, or PGR

It was top of my list, but playing COD today put me off. Ive never played a FPS (other than doom) on a console, Im a PC gamer. Can one really get used to the twiddely thumb controls, which seem to pale in comparison compared to the precision a mouse affords the gamer.
Driving games, fine.

Most stores apparently had people queuing from yesterday lunch time. Unbelievable.

Gonna give PDZ a go online tonight. If I can pull myself away from PGR for more than a minute! 
I got soooo lucky this morning. Stuck in a traffic jam I decided to go a dfferent way and stopped off in a retail park for brekkie. Popped into Comet to pass some time and they had one core unit left. So after a stop in the Trafford centre I have the HD cable, remote, hard drive and a couple of games! First impressions, having set it up in HD on my PV500, are that it is a stunning machine. The colours and sharpness are amazing. Call of duty is a great game and I'm even enjoying getting pasted by my brother on Fifa. Couple more games arriving tomorrow will post details then.
How about some game reviews/reccomendations?

xbox is bad, infact console gaming is bad, infact newage gaming blows. hey guys, let see how good we can make the graphics. thats ok, id rather play a good game with shitty graphics and not pay out of my ass for it.
why porn is greater than xbox -
1. better graphics, and isnt that what xbox is all about
