DON'T PAY AN EBAY MERCHANT A FEW HUNDRED OVER THE TOP !!!!

Ordered mine (core+bits) yesterday, for delivery on the release date from Gamestation. I also spoke to Woolworths and they can also still guarantee one for launch date.

Makes me MAD when I see 'buy it now' prices of £450-£500 !!!
Makes me sad when I see people are actually paying it............silly, silly, clueless people

Even if you had a million dollars in a high interest account, it still amounts to a months worth of interest. Unless the buyer is exceptionally wealthy, he is very foolish. Doubly so, as he could have pre ordered one 3 months ago

IMO if someone has had the forthough to buy a couple of systems then decide to put one one eBay to make a few quid then all the best to 'em I say.

I've pre-ordered 2 systems. One for downstairs and one for upstairs. I've not decided yet but if they are selling for silly money on eBay then one of 'em will certaintly be sold on ebay

The funny thing is that people are bidding well over the asking price for the core systems as well.

I've ordered a Core system also simply because I was too late to get the advanced. Does anyone know if the hard drives will be available immediately or is it something I'll have to wait for (not that I'm that bothered as i don't have any Xbox games and I understand that this is the only reason it is actually needed rather than a memory card).

Hard drive is available at release as well. I have ordered mine to come with my core system.......one week to go
