"To get nitro boosts on all Taxis and Cabbies - Complete 50 fares"

I found that on the web. Id rather not use cheates, but the 50 fares... do they have to be completed consecutively in the same cab, without running out of time??

Also, at what percentage in the game do you learn to fly? Im about 42% complete and although Ive stolen some planes and bought an airfield on the third island, nothing else has happened.

The gang wars, part 1. Seems like eons ago. Do you have the same gang wars on the second island before progressing to the third island, and do you again loose the territory you won (on island 2) like on island 1, and have to start over again when you move to the third island?

This might not be 100% accurate as I haven't played it for about 6 months but...

The cab rides don't need to be consecutive. If you check your stats screen you will see a running total of how far you are.

Flying - you get a call from the FBI agent telling you to buy the airfield and as soon as you do you can start the lessons. I don't understand how you bought the airfield without this happening? Did you have the call? There is a blue circle you need to stand in upstairs in the flight school to start the lessons.

Gang wars are only on the first island.

When you buy the airfield, a red marker appears in the control tower, walk up the stairs into it and you will begin the flying school missions.

Nope, once you move to SF the gang wars stop and don't start again until you move back to the first island (Los Santos) at the end of the game.
