Nostalgic Box - Controllers Not Pairing/Working

So i took a punt and bought one of the Nostalgic Retro Gaming Box with two wireless controllers. Yes, aware that there’s the possibility of it being a bit scammy, but all seems legit as the actual gaming box has plugged into the TV ok and is working…. but the controllers will not interface with the gaming box.

Has anyone bought one of these and experienced similar issues….. and have you solved them? I’ve contacted customer services and received a reply, but they’ve asked me to send a video of the controllers not working.

It’s all intuitive, but i’m assuming the controllers will need to pair to the unit, as opposed to working fresh out the box which is what was inferred.

Have to admit mate I bought one of these about 5 years ago, lasted about a month before playing up, company were utterly useless, I put it down to experience and would not touch one again, they cost a few quid to make and they charge good money for them, a scam some of them, hope you get it fixed.
