Sim racing wheel/pedals

I have am just upgrading my trusty desktop mounted G27 wheel setup to a sim rig and direct drive wheelbase.
Fanatec seems to have a good range of good value gear, but they had some company trouble over the past year which ended up being taken over by Corsair. Delivery and customer service seems to be a weak point.
Has anybody bought gear in the last few weeks and any issues with delivery?
Similarly any issues with customer service over the last months?

Not got any Fanatec gear but seen plenty of horror stories. I watched a clip of the Corsair CEO at the recent sim expo claiming that they're on top of it and that everything will be improving but I doubt that'll happen overnight. Will be interesting to see how they cope with black Friday seeing the utter mess they made of it last year.

I decided to stick with Logitech (went from G25 to the G Pro wheel) as they've got a legendary rep for customer service. Also dead happy with it, a massive step up and the addition of Trueforce is way less of a gimmick than I expected, it's really good.

Hit n miss. Have a friend that ordered the dd+ and arrived following week no issues. I think the main. Issue fanatec had was the big rush from black friday last year and don't think they were fully prepared of the popularity
