I've just started to recreate Raglan Castle. Going to have to do a lot of square towers and overlap them to create the hexagonal towers. And all the details along the tops of the towers.

I saw a Digital Foundry video on this, for the install size and minimum system it looks great (it'll run on 10 series Nvidia graphics cards).

After the initial run of patches they're going to work on Steam Deck compatibility, it runs as it is but it's meant for keyboard and mouse. There's no SD control scheme yet. It seems ideal for a Steam Deck, I've wishlisted it, I'll keep an eye on it for when it's updated.

I keep watching builds like that and getting new tips and trick and lots of "I didn't you could do that".

I discovered the flags flat to the walls from that video, I had only put them on the top of pointed roofed towers previously also if you place a square window flat on the ground it become a cellar door. Or as I use it a roof access to towers.

There's some good details in this, especially the last house. Things like using fences and gates as wooden panelling and window frames.

I also downloaded the demo for my kid, who loved it but mainly had fun zooming in on trees and moving the earth up and down.
