I hated if at first but restarted it on a different class and watched some videos now I'm being drawn in!
But in similar way to souls it really doesn't really describe what you need to do so you just walk around to find the exit you need eventually and if you die all the monsters re spawn if you sit at a checkpoint they all respawn b
But as I say I'm getting more into it now

Soul like game meaning overly hard
Without even saying 'git gud', they're not that hard, you just need to apply yourself a bit. Remnant 2 is excellent. It's worth noting that there are multiple paths through the game and each run is pre-rolled. You'll get a selection of levels with various scenarios and encounters in them, though you can pick and re-play each section through Adventure mode to get the alternate paths. Each biome has two major bosses which end that story arc and a load of smaller variables, so you can't see everything in the game even if you play it twice.
Much like in the first game, some skills and weapons are fairly OP but it is stuffed with toys to play with. Much like Lies of P and Lords of the Fallen, Remnant 2 is another great addition to the Soulslike genre.

I played and enjoyed the first one until I went on the hardest setting and got stuck against one boss .
A friend and I played this in coop also on the hardest setting; each time we got to a stupidly hard boss, after several attempts, as it was just stopping our enjoyment, I would fire up my Plitch cheats, beat the boss and then have him rejoin so we could carry on.Gassing Station | Video Games | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
