Looking to get ny son 8 yrs old a steering wheel pedal setup with frame and seat for Christmas.

I have no idea what's best for the money we have to spend, but logitech g923 seems popular are there others to consider?

We may go for a second hand setup I suppose, we have around 350 to spend on the complete setup.

Will be used on xbox one Forzza, dirty 2 and Wrc
Can anyone recommend something

The Logitech is probably the most common beginners wheel. Thrustmaster is a step up on feedback but I'm not sure if an 8 year old would really feel that??

As for a rig, does it need to be foldable? I think for a beginner, you can't beat a Playseat Challenge - usually plenty for sale 2nd hand and usually with a wheel and pedals.

They're pretty much the same, other than the newer model having a feature where you can 'feel' engine vibrations etc through the wheel (despite having spent a small fortune on a sim racing PC I've still got the same wheel/ seat combo due to space and would highly recommend them!)

I'll second that - the Playseat challenge is excellent and can be folded up with wheel and pedals still attached.

Playseat challenge and g920 will do the job.
Can’t really go wrong with that, he will love it
