Well actually I suppose it depends what you're looking for. GPL is the daddy, but very difficult. Don't let that put you off! It needs some updating graphically, and it takes a while to learn to drive the beasts, but is very satisfying when you get there.

Are you just looking for realistic racing, or do you want guns and powerups and so on?

Its technical but rewarding. You can download the demo free and allows you to race online on a load of tracks

THis is my game of choice and i'm loving it. Got a server online as well if you want to come on board

I like the Racing game slike GTR and Toca. Just got my Momo steering wheel luchtime so I am looking at trying it out on GTR first.

Anyone got an Idea of the new racing game from the makers of GTR. I have seen a pic with a Mk1 escort in. Looks good but I cannot remember what its called

Richard Burns Rally is another superb driving game

There are some excellent arcade driving games like Need for Speed and Midnight Club. Dont forget about the rally games though, I havent played the latest ones but ive always enjoyed Colin McRae Rally.
