PSVR2 racing titles

Does Gran Turismo have an exclusivity agreement in place regarding PSVR2? I haven’t come across any other racing titles in the works for PSVR2 which is a shame because as GT has proven, the platform is excellent for cockpit based sims/games. Is anyone aware of any upcoming titles that will take advantage of PSVR2?
