Unlock downforce in Forza

I can't seem to unlock the body styling stuff which includes the adjustable front splitter and rear wing/diffuser to increase downforce. Any ideas?

Apologies if this has been mentioned before.

Doesn't work on some cars, that's the only thing I can suggest, try some other cars.
