Midnight club 3 is the biggest pile of I've ever had the misfortune to pay for (that one is going back on an exchange the first chance I get).
Juiced on the other hand is a relatively tidy (and complex) game and quite possibly the first one i've played that actually rewards you for not pushing everyone else off the track.
The online mode is a little odd but generally a nice piece of work. Been too busy playing LFS to get far with it though and NFSU2 is still better.

juiced has terrible voice acting, and the idea of not pushing others off to get better rewards, is great but if you take a clean line through a corner and a competitor car doesnt and they hit you, you get penalised for it, so the only option is to use boost at start and stay way off in front which is hardly making for close racing. or if you take the option of chasing close to the car in front to make them panic and worry about you they then crash off, nice idea BUT... when the car in front crashing on the racing line, and you hit them, it is your fault, and they may decide that it is your nos to lose now or turbo issues,
some of the menu's are all confused selecting back to forward to the option screen and some of the graphics are terrible with overlays of manufacturer names not showing due to poor colour choice,
no traffic on any of the racing, so what is this game a poor Gran Turismo with stick on go faster parts? or a proper street racer?
the Playstation version is missing lots of features compared to the Xbox version and seems to be a half hearted conversion without the road graphics for braking and turning which on the playstation is a text display of slow down which displayed too soon for the turns,
i could continue, but thankfully i only played the game for a little while and i will take the game back to blockbuster and thank them for shelling out my hard earned, all in terrible game, with so much to offer and nothing delivered.
didnt even notice the cars sounding better with different exhausts
