Actual physics etc of the game are great (with the exception of the ME-12 thing which will head for the nearest barrier if you so much as breath on the controller!!). Racing itself is great (online, don't bother with offline anymore!).

But the way Live is set up is ridiculous.

For example, if I can't join a friend's lobby 'cos I don't have the right car, it doesn't tell me what car I need to have to join.

The fact that you can choose just about any car in the game when the choice is available means that you'll always get some dick that chooses the fastest car he can, or one of the slower ones, ensuring that the race will be anything but close.

Having to send an invite just to be able to send a voice message.

ONLY 8 players in a race? I mean WTF?!?! TOCA managed 12 perfectly adequately (host permitting) so what's the problem?

Unfortunately, this game has probably spelt the end of TOCA2 for the time being so if I want to race online on my X-Box, Forza is going to have to suffice for now.

A thoroughly dissapointed Centurion07

The live setup is a bit crap, The physics are certainly fun, although I question the realism more than I do on GT4, drifting is easy though and very satisfying.

Annoying that it takes so long to find available games, then when you finally get into one, half of the time the host boots you because they don't know you and you have to restart the process. To all the people out there who do this, why not just make sure that the room is for friends only, then there is no chance of me coming into your precious little room.

Also annoying when you enter a room and the host spends hours in the lobby before starting a race, telling his mate to buy upgrades for his skyline so that he can compete, screw your mate pal, by the time he's upgraded it we could have got a race in.

out of GT4 or Forza i am unsure which i prefere. I like the huge detailing on forza. Like the way the barriers get paint an pushed in when you hit them. The track details are great. However forza has "smooth" graphics whereas GT4 has crisp sharp graphics. Either way i like both games. Haven't raced online yet.
