The only reason I'm asking is that I've left my B-spec driver racing whilst I'm at worl... I was just wondering if my house is likely to be reduced to a pile of ashes by the time I get home this evening!!!

He's probably stopped the game, pulled over got out, raided your fridge for beer, surfing porn on your PC and ordering crap from Ebay while you work

I've left mine running on B-Spec overnight before in a 24hr race. The box was a little warm in the morning, but that was all. Should be fine.

People on GTPlanet.net have successfully left their PS2's on for a week or more with no adverse effects. Just make sure it has plenty of ventilation around it, and is on a hard surface not carpet.

It'll be reeeet!

ROFLMAO

Mine too has been on continuously for months, so no worries. The first thing that breaks though is the DVD drive, so if you let it keep spinning for too many months, you'll end up needing a new PS2. Good excuse to pick up a PS2 Slim anyways
