How about a trial run for the league?

does anybody have facility to run a dedicated server? I have a nice connection but only 1 pc...

What track should we race? it will be 1 hour, mixed field, with 1 compulsory pitstop for NGT and 2 for GT (is that right fwd?).

20 minutes qualifying. No practice... do that offline

or we could just have a less formal race... I'm up for either

Sounds good to me might be handy to try out others tracks instead of the same Barcelona & Donington that always get raced since we are going to race all of them in the league. Or maybe a Le Mans run out?

Day, Dawn. Dusk, Night, I don't mind which. But not the 1990 version without the chicanes as the gearing on the cars isn't really long enough and theres a bad bump after the 2nd chicane where is has been bypassed that can make you crash or lose 100mph of speed instantly if you hit it.

Sounds good to me. I like Oberschlafen, but I'm downloading Le Mans now just in case that is the track we pick?

How does one install 'extra' tracks

Could we make the race itself start at 9pm because I don't get home from work until 8:45 so 'may' miss an 8:50 start

All track folders go in C:GTRGameDataLocations

For example if it is a RAR file that has a folder called 24LeMans just extract it to the above folder.

Interesting race tonight guys - thanks to mike for hosting.

For those that weren't there Le Mans didn't quite work out, not everyone could see all of the cars. So off to Sweden and Anderstorp.

I think everyone took a turn to explore the run-off, but that just stopped any one running away with the race!

Can't believe I managed to spin away pole but it was fun trying to claw it back and 2nd wasn't so bad using a fairly basic setup and never having taken the Lambo round there before.

Roll on the league!
