Ok how many people would be interested in a GTR Online racing league here?

Fixed format but something along the lines of, no practice (you can practice offline as much as you like). 20mins single qualifying session and a 1hr race with at least one compulsory pitstop.

Edited to add after reading Dave's response below.

Interest and days you can race.

Mondays are good for me, so long as it's not to late (i.e. start the race around 8:30/9).

I'll even do what pwig did for GPL if you want keep tabs on races/points/replays etc on my website.

Yes - hopefully we might get more people attending than the GPL league of late...
What about classes of car?

yep me intested. NGTs or GTs?

Monday good, friday, saturday bad, others ok.

sorry I haven't been coming to GPL

8pm is a but early for me... 8:30 is better, 9 is ideal. I don't get home till 7:30 normally so 8 doesn't leave me time to cook and eat!

I'd be interested - Most nights OK but prefer it not to be a Saturday. 9 pm would also be ideal for me.

This sounds like a great idea!

I would prefer any evening apart from maybe mondays and tuesdays. I think mid-week wednesday is good. Anytime after 8pm!

S

Edit: I think i would prefer NGT's, and we all have set cars that we keep throughout the season.

I would prefer to start in the NGT class, Ive hardly driven the gt's.
How much more brutal are the GT's over the NGT's?

Also we have to start on either Barcelona or Magnys!

Sounds like Monday seems to be the favourite.

NGT's or GT's? Why not both, run both classes in the same race as long as their are people in both categories to run them (at least 3 in both classes). We would then have 2 concurrent championships for NGT & GT plus an overall champion based on scores in their own class. You would of course have to keep to the same class all season and I guess the same car too.

How does that sound?

if you drive a GT you're obviously compensating for something

seriously: it sounds good.

I think if you ran both NGT's and GT's that it could become a little boring due to the fact that it wont be so competetive between people.

But i think now that we have so much interest that we should use GT's are theres more variaty in cars, alltought they are harder to drive and the pack tends to spread quite abit when someone makes a mistake.

A vote is whats needed !

Personally, I think both GT and NGT. I'm still trying to find a GT car that feels as planted as my 360 setup!

I'd be happy to make up the NGT numbers if others want to run in that class - otherwise I best get practicing and find a GT I like!
