Okay, who knows what mods you have to do to stop any car in GTR under simulation understeering straight off the tracks? I used a downloaded setup0 for a 550 at Castle Coombe which was okay-ish, it gripped slightly more at the front but I tended to power-oversteer everywhere. The rears then punctured after 3 laps!!!

Any ideas? Or setups for the 360 or elise at any track....?

Cheers!

Do you have understeer in fast or slow turns and on corner entry or mid corner?

low speed (>~70mph) you should soften the front anti roll bar or stiffen the rear. If it is at high speed increase the front splitter (or is it is at max decrease the rear wing).

You can dial out corner entry understeer by decreasing (i think, maybe increase) the coast side diff, which will sort of make the car turn as you come off the throttle.

All of these changes will make the car more oversteery... the default setups are very understeery though.

I had loads of toruble with understeer until I realised that I was just trying to carry too much speed into the corners... slow down a bit.

plus you need to be on the throttle in the corners to increase grip. If you are coasting or braking in the corner you can increase the understeer effect. On the approach brake, change down then power through the corner or hold a static throttle position until you reach a point when you can increase throttle.
