Managed about 450 feet, schoolboy physics tells me 45o and max thrust gives the best results, with the objects moving each time it's random after that...

I went for the low angle (20-25) and try and hit TNT or a balloon on the first drop....

Did manage to get 158 feet out of the top of the screen as well!

Once you've mastered the knack of hitting it at max, its all down to random luck.

To be honest its all about luck. If you dont hit tnt on your first bounce your doomed. You got to keep your kittys speed up ! lol
