Dont want to waste cash on 2 ff wheels if i can find one that will work on my PC and PS2(maybe an Xbox soon as well)

So can anyone recommend a class S/W that works well on both machines, happy to pay up to £150 or is the best option to get one for both?

Have given up playing GTR with a sidewinder as near impossible to control.

No question, the Logitech Driving Force Pro; available here at £82.90 + Delivery. Currently out of stock, but have a search elsewhere.

Works on PS2 and PC. Should work on XBox (USB connection), but don't know.

I am going to have to bite the bullet and get one of those.

My MS FF wheel just does not feel realistic anymore, i have a feeling the bearings are going as it seems to be more of a hinderance than a help these days

Still, i need a wheel for the PS2 anyway and the MS one doesn't do that.

Think you'll find that the XBox doesn't have a USB connector, so unless you can find an adaptor for it then you'll need a seperate wheel for any xbox games, not that you mentioned the need for any.

He meant the connectors use the USB protocol - they just have a different plastic plug/socket system.

The best pc wheel is the "Logitech Momo Racing" wheel, which is USB so works with PS2 and Xbox (with adaptor).

Unfortunately sony have specifically taken support for this wheel out of GT4 (it works fine with GT3) in order to force you to buy the Logitech driving force pro - the one with the Gran Turismo logo directly on it!

If you really like GT4 get the Driving Force Pro.
If you don't mind not being able to use the wheel in GT4 - definitely go for the Logitech Momo Racing!

Is their any performance difference between the Red leather older Momo with alu pedals and the newer less flash all black one?.
