European and Japanese Leagues

Do you get anything for the European and Japanese leagues? All I have to do for the euro league is the 1000 miles and for the japanese i have to do the 70's, 80's and compact competitions.
i need to know what the best car for the 1000 miles is because i have an AC Cobra with a supercharger and the first 2 stages of weight reduction and i know that it will let me in. i am having my doubts about it because of its handling when the tyres are worn out.

I think you will be OK with the Cobra. I'm currently doing it in a fully-tuned E-Type. I've started the series twice (due to a power cut 
- first time round there was another E-Type in it which was about 1 minute behind me after 4 laps, second time the nearest competition is currently 2 laps down after 20 laps.
