GT4 - How do I get to Arcade Mode?

I've been playing GT4 in GT mode, but a mate came around today and we want to play 2-player splitscreen, and I can't find out how to get back to Arcade Mode!

I know this is a daft question, but I've read the manual, and been into every menu and can't find it. HELP!

When you load GT4 it's the top item on the menu, above Gran Turismo mode.
I think you press triangle a lot if you're in GT mode and it'll take you to that screen.
