GPL - what do I need?

Right, I htink it's time I actually started Grand Prix Legends online, so what do I need to download?

I've installed the game straight from the box, but the graphics don't look like the screenshots I've seen.

I've seen a site with all the tracks, cars, etc. to download but I can't seem to fins it using Google, so could someone point me in the right direction please?
