Sorry if this has been asked before. I have never played a racing PC game online and thought i would try at GTR.

But when i access internet it keeps coming up with "please enter serial Number"

I Ok have a CD-key and not serial No. I have tryed to register but keeps saying wrong serial no enterd

So what Am I doing wrong.

There should be a credit card-style card in the box with your online registration number. It is different to the installation key number.

That is the online racing serial number it's asking for, it's on the piece of paper that tells you how to race online. It should be something like xxx-xxxx-xxxx.

Edited to add I also have another online serial number on the inside of my box. I registered a while back and can't rememer which is which

I just have a cd-key with xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx but when I put it on the serial no to go online it won't accep it.

And I just had the manual no extra paper with online keys on

juts a thought. I may be my firewall stopping me from going online. If I get it sorted I wil see you oline

The cd key is a different number - if you don't have a seperate card with the online serial key then I'm not sure what you can do

Bugger, well i'm sure it should have come with the game. Maybe worth taking back to the shop and getting a replacment

I think that's your best bet actually - and get them to open the box to check the card is in there
