Help, GT4 licence problem!
Discussion
This will probalty seem pathetic to lots of you, but you'll have to bear with me as I grew up before computer games and am totally cack handed at such things.
I'm trying to qualify for a b licence and cannot get the Citroen C3 and the PT Cruiser round the two tracks fast enough behind the pace cars to get within the qualifying times. I'm using the standard PS2 controller. I have passed all the other tests, so what's the secret of success here?

Hey Mutt,
The secret is keep it SMOOTH.
I find whenever I try and go fast I brake too late and corner speed is ruined. Just touch the brakes nice and early to get the car to turn in , then power through. With these cars if you dont brake enough they just dont turn in. Most importantly try and follow the line of the pace car.
Also read and re-read the tips on screen before starting the test.
Good Luck

I too found a couple of lesser tests with rubbish road car frustrating and took a couple of attempts at times.
BigGee is right enough, you'll get a feel for the (lack of) handling and the tracks and it'll all click into place. Can't do it frustrated and over try as you end up understeering these sheds off track.
If you're like me you'll find the later tests with proper cars easier. However that sneaky pace car likes to slow too much at tight corners, don't hit it or overtake it
