Suzuka - merely because I am crap and cant deal with that left right switch back...... RWD and too much power equals eat the barrier each and every time.....

To much power and too little tallent.... Stroll on 900 degrees steering wheel....

Yeah, Motegi is dull whichever confgiuration is used, however Tsukuba is one of my favorite tracks.

Anyway, my pets hates are:

Opera Paris
Hong Kong
Clubman Stage 5
Seoul
Fuji Speedway 2005 GT
George V Paris

I quite like Tsukabu (sp?). The main track I really hate is the Nurburgring. I just can't learn it, unsurprisingly. Plus it's very narrow, so the slightest wobble sticks me on the grass.

Is the Test course used for races in GT4 like in GT3?

God I remmember doing the Yaris Cup in GT3 on the Test course 10 Laps in a Fing Yaris

It took like 30 mins

So I hope it's not in GT4, and if it is that's my worst track

I find Tsukuba has absolutley no grip at all...

and it's so small that with any decent car you can only floor it a couple of times on each lap

I despise El Captain. Just can't get a decent lap around there. I quite like Tsukuba, but you need a small car to make it worthwhile. The Amuse S2000 GT1 is very good there with short gear ratios.

Fuji 2005 is full of pointless little corners that tighten on exit. Who lets Hermann Tilke design tracks? There was nothing wrong with Fuji as it was.

Soul...... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Thank god there are not many races there.

I also hate the old tracks. Never liked the SS Route 5 or what ever its called. And Trail Mountain has always been crap.

The test course is horrific....even in something ridiculously fast it's a drag...in lesser cars it's just horrible! I remember reading a guy had a stupidly fast car in a race against significantly lesser cars (think it was that pikes peak car from GT3). Anyway all he did was put it on the top of the track, and sellotape the X button down on an endurance race. 5 hours later he returns to 100,000 credits or something equally as good!!

For some reason, the Tokyo night races get on my nerves!!

Actually I hate Laguna Seca, the Cork Screw and the down hill left hander just after. I (nearly) always find it's a balance of keeping the car in some order of control whilst maintaining momentum and then you got this bl00dy off camber down hill turn right after.

Clubman Stage 5

Clubman R5 is back? Woohoo! Nothing oculd beat my 900HP Syline bouncing round the barriers on that track Thinking about it, was it GT1 with that track?

I really should get round to playing this game.

I hate any track thats run in reverse. They just never seem to flow properly. Plus I think all the 'reverse' tracks are just a cop-out to get round putting in more actual tracks.

There's a few that I hate, for a common reason. Any circuit where even the existance of a corner is really indistinct until the last second, usually a city circuit with little colour variation (buildings/track/barriers all very similar), and possibly neon lit (so NY, Paris and maybe another one).

And anything snowy.

And the rally tracks that are wide enough for 10 cars.

And the bits of my favourite circuits that they've widened and/or smoothed (e.g. the left right flick before the hairpin left at the end of Midfield).

But there's always the 'Ring to go back to (if only I could master the twiddly bit after the Karoussel).

Is it me or is the rallying part of the game completely cack. Compared to GT2/3 the cars just seem to handle dreadfully plus I hate the invisible barriers in particular on cathedral rocks and grand canyon. GT4 has taken a big step back in this part of the game IMO.

The rest of the game is awesome though I love Suzuka and the ring and the old tracks are as good as ever.
