how do you get pre 1980s cars?

like the Honda Z Act and Fiat 500R that appear in the garages but can't be bought - the only secondhand cars you can get are 1980s and 1990s (and the Nissan Bluebird from 1979 that somehow sneaks into the 80s one).

They aren't on any prize list I've seen so how do you get them?

Buy a 1 Series BMW and win the manufactures 1 Series cup for a BMW 2002 turbo '73.....

Pre 80's cars appear in the second hand 80's garage. I've got the fiat 500 available now, just cant be bothered to buy it LOL

so its basically a pre-90s garage, but the older stuff just comes round a lot less often?
