Bought the Cerby speed 12 - supercharged it & fitted NoS (I was drunk, and it was late It's now got 1084bhp, and it seems to wheelspin in the 1st four gears, entered the Tuned championship, and only through straight-lining the chicane at Fuji did I win that race, I haven't played with any settings yet - it does have a real traction issue, but the pickup from 185 - 231 is quite impressive...anyone else 'overdone' their cars ??

My Cien is over 1000bhp. Un-driveable without full traction control (lights the wheels up in 4th if I hit the NOS).
Fast enough to hit 178mph on the start finish straight on the Capri circuit. Hits 248mph at New York on the main straight.
Trouble is, when driving at seatle it gets very sideways going over the brow when heading down towards the station corner. This is well over 170+mph with full safety aids on!!!

Must get round to giving it some high gearing (still set as standard) and trying it out on the high speed bowl test track.

Most of my cars are moderate to still make them drivable (my Ruf BTR is under 500bhp, and soooooo nice to drive fast)

I've overdone it on a Mk V Golf GTI - 370Bhp + NOS. Traction control light is on constantly!! Still manage to blitz everthing in the GTI championship and FF in Beginner!

I must say that the Nissan 350z Concept LM Race Car with 950Bhp manages the power very well and is very, very quick!

I have an 877bhp R34 Skyline GT-R M-Spec Nur with a big rwd bias and low TC settings and NOS, it's pretty controllable actually, but you just have to remember brake hard as the speed piles on rather quickly!
I found the tuner car cup in the Pro events quite hard, especially on the twistier tracks.
I have a 1000bhp supra in GT3 and that was undriveable. I haven't found any later-shape supras for sale in the game yet though.

you should have a go with the Nissan 350z Concept LM Race Car - it can crack 200mph on Capri with NOS

I blitzed that tuner race with one of the best cars in the game imo. it's a merc evolution touring car, i think i won it in either european matches or a merc manufacturer test. Anyway it was a really good race with that round the ring with the the mcclaren on my tail.
Still trying to win a car with a boxer engine so i don't have to buy one.

I got a Nismo 400r not too far into the game and tuned it up to a reasonable 500 bhp or so. It handles well and is nice and quick. Eventually, I got enough cr for a stage 4 or 5 turbo (cant remember offhand)

This took it up to 650 bhp or so and totally changed the car. It was much faster in a straight line but seemed unstable at high speed and kept crashing (my lack of skill cant help)

Now I keep it at the lower state of tune, only using the 650 bhp configuration for the tracks like High Speed Ring

Like s2gonzo I've added supercharger and nitro to the cien to get 1000+ bhp. Even racing against SLR McLarens, can still toast them on the straights. Currently have managed a 6:32 with it round the 'Ring, but still can go faster as made a few mistakes. Whilst doing this time nudged 260 mph on the straight on full density nitro. Anyone gone any faster?

I don't know if you will count this, but I've managed 308mph on the test track...

win the nissan z car races (in the nissan shop bit). To be fair, I think that 200mph+ was probably on capri reverse, but I can't remember exactly. It's a stonking car though, one of the best IMO
