I dont have the luxury of having a PS2 on my desk unfortunately.

You can only transfer National A & B, but it should be fairly easy.

As Plotless has already said, go to home & there should be instructions in there (there were on mine the 1st time I went into home)....

You need the game status option in your "home"

Open the game status screen in "home" and press the start button, follow the instructions.

Just do the damn licenses! it doesn't take long and helps you to learn the lines and use the new steering better.
