Whilst every man and his dog seems to be playing GT4, I wondered if anyone has tried GTR on the PC? Any good?

Excellent. Should be fine with my Logitech Momo.

I reviewed GTR for PistonHeads and it is THE racing simulator. Absolutly amazing if you are into the real driving simulator thing.
If I had a gaming PC I would have it already.
I try to curb my gaming though so haven't upgraded my PC!

Im a massive GT4 fan too though, which is the ultimate driving simulator.

(Note the difference, "driving" and "racing").

Still can't get it to work with my logitech wheel and pedals. No matter what I do with "report combined pedals" on or off in the control panel or the wingman software, it makes no difference, the brake is stuck permanently on.

Haven't tried any other driving games on my new PC yet so don't know whether it's the game or the PC... But it's annoying!

I've avoided online races for the moment because of the crashers and spoliers on the public Simbin servers. Need to do some testing to see how many drivers one of us can host on a private server without problems first I think.

Besides get in some practice first.

Ooooh look, Brands Hatch

all extra tracks and many cars here
www.m4driving.it/files/33,1.html

More cars & tracks and goodies here
http://forum.rscnet.org/forumdisplay.php?f=542

GTR Manager and more goodies here
http://195.140.143.41/~checksix/adonf/gtrmanager/
(GTR Manage is a program that manages all Zipped GTRMAN compatible add-ons so you can install them into GTR or uninstall them very easily. This includes cars, tracks etc...they are stored in a zipped format in the add-ons folder.

PS It's a Saleen in Gulf colours, I also have the same colours for the Lister

Ebuyer did that to me too once, I just cancelled it and reordered and it was mysteriously ok... Little suspicious, but there you go.
