I have a USB Pen Drive which works with my PC and I've saved a couple of images to my memory card on my PS2 from GT4.

What I want to do is to be able to put my images from memory card to my pen drive, then put them on my PC, but I keep getting told the USB Flash Drive isn't installed.

Any ideas?

I have read somewhere that there is a Sony USB device designed specifically for doing this. They did also say that you could try other manufacturer's devices, but not all would work. Maybe you could try a different make?

Mine (from play.com) didn't seem to work in the top USB port (I think it came up with a similar message) but it was ok in the bottom port.

Have you tried saving an image directly to the flash drive rather than via the memory card?

Just tried a USB key that doesn't even know what a PS2 is, and it worked fine on the top port.

I'd try formatting your key maybe on pc?

So who's done what? I've got a very nice image of a Griffith in Red under the red leafy road...

Hmmm....

Need a place to plonk all these...

Yup, have tried, top port, bottom port, and saving straight to device with no luck

Will have to pop into PC world and get a non-free drive.

Thanks chaps.
