Unfortunately, my postcode seems to suffer some sort of time-dilation phenomenon which means I probably won't get it for 5 days

no offers for the kids then!!!
just had enough time to thrash a clio sport around the ring.

It's the rules, you have to start with the cars in your own stable...

Poor boys, been playing GT4 for 2 months now. Really isn't anything to get excited about. Graphics are over-hyped, car choice is lousy......I could go on.

Bollocks it is! Enjoy it, I got me two of the GT4 wheels. One is actually more expensive than a chipped, slim PS2. The other wheels are cheaper but not even close to the same quality. 270 degree lock to lock!

Just walked in with me PSP too! Bought it with Need for Speed Underground Rivals. Very nice bit of kit.

yep, my mistake. Bloody expensive though when you get two. Don't want any moaning about how they lost because of the pad.

You get enough money to start with a new TVR or Caterham? That's better than GT3 when all you could afford was a nissan spasmo 1.1...

If you have a GT3 save you can transfer upto 100,000 credits (I think).

As mentioned above ive transferred some money and licences from GT3 and GT4P, so that gives you an extra 100,000 credits.

Has anyone had the sound fault on iA-7 yet using the RUF?

One quick question: Can you drive the 'ring straight away?! Or do you need to do x amount of licences/races?

Ok...so if you are out of money but have loads of cars in GT3...sell ALL the cars in your garage, then save to a DIFFERENT memory card (so you don't erase all your hard work.). Then transfer all those credits to your new GT4 ?

Genius!

Oh crap...I only have 1 memory card at home!! Any ideas anyone?

Yep, you can. you go into the "world circuits" menu on the far left of the main screen, and then scroll across to the ring. but like the real ring, it costs you! 5 credits for a free run, 5 credits for a race meeting, 3 credits for a photo drive, or you can do a family cup which costs you nothing.
