Still play them with the Spectrum emulator on the PC. In fact, I've still got the old rubber keyed warrior in a cupboard somewhere.

i've still got a ZX81 somewhere!
Elite on the Amiga-fantastic lost part of my youth to space exploration the game just had sooooo much scope to do what ever you wanted, shame about the follow-up games tho.
Uplink(pc) the hacking game, dead scary.I still regularly play this. The uplink forum is still quite busy, which must say some thing for a game from the early '90s.

The X-BtF games were great the first time you played them, it's just you wouldn't want to go through it all again if you lost your saved game.
OMG - that brings back a few memories .

The c64 was the machine that first sparked my interest in computers generally and games. I still have it somewhere in the attic with all the games and peripherals! I should have a ferret around to see if I can find the box, although I do already have the occasional retro-gaming session using one of the many excellent C64 emulators.
I remember Elite and the two Impossible Mission games with fondness. However, I still have nightmares about the RSI induced by Daley Thompson's Decathlon, not to mention the joysticks destroyed playing it.
My picks (C64 only) would be these. Chime if in you remember any
The Last Ninja 1, 2, 3 & Remix
Impossible Mission 1 & 2
Infiltrator 1 & 2
Turrican 1 & 2
Elite
Creatures 1 & 2
Maniac Mansion
SpyHunter
Skate or Die
Kikstart 2
Pitstop 2
Thrust
Airbourne Ranger
Arkanoid & Revenge of Doh
Buggy Boy
Speedball 1 & 2
OutRun, Turbo Outrun & OutRun Europa
Commando
Someone above mentioned Uplink. I think this is a future classic and very enjoyable - lots of mods available, too - although it can get a bit repetitive after a while. Hopefully, Introversion will consider producing a sequel as I think the concept of "movie-style hacking" has lots of potential and scope. In fact, I'm surprised no-one thought of it before - it would be ideal for a tie-in game to films like Swordfish or Hackers
